Technical Recruiter  

Align is continuing rapid growth and is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Technical Recruiter to join our team and help recruit top IT talent. If you have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a technical recruiter and you want to take your career to the next level, you might be the person we’re looking for.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL 

      • Use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire highly skilled tech talent.
      • Partner with clients throughout the recruitment cycle to manage their expectations, understand priorities, goals, and culture.
      • Develop recruiting strategies to help fulfill our clients’ hiring needs and find the right candidates for technical positions
      • Create relevant job descriptions.
      • Review incoming applications to match them with job requirements.
      • Source candidates via databases, social networks, and other pertinent platforms or methods.
      • Perform pre-screening calls to confirm their qualifications and submit the most suitable candidate to hiring managers. 
      • Facilitate interviews and meetings between clients and candidates.
      • Keep candidates informed of their status throughout the process.
      • Compose offer letters, negotiate salary and benefits, and onboard new employees.
      • Participate in groups and events to network with tech professionals.

IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE 

      • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in staffing. Agency experience, a plus. 
      • A strong social aptitude and ability to build relationships.
      • Technical knowledge to be able to understand and explain requirements & qualifications.
      • Familiarity with resume databases, recruiting networks, and Applicant Tracking and HR systems.
      • The capability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
      • A focus on deadlines and results.
      • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills. 
      • Organizational and project management skills. 

Opportunity for possible full-cycle recruitment (business development, sourcing, screening, closing.)

Hybrid-Remote work model. The primary option for working is remote, sometimes in the office, for collaboration. Should be located within a commutable distance of San Jose.

Business Development Manager  

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager to help us expand our client baseIn this highly visible role, you will act as a brand ambassador and be tasked with developing new business as well as fostering relationships with existing clients.  

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL 

      • Develop a strategic plan for acquiring new business. 
      • Identify, evaluate and pursue new business opportunities. 
      • Manage existing accounts in order to retain and grow business. 
      • Leverage relationships with existing clients and industry contacts to secure new business referrals.  
      • Be an expert on the services that Align provides and develop the ability to successfully overcome sales objections.  

IN THIS ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE 

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology sales or technology staffing. 
      • Successful experience in prospecting, managing the sales process, and closing. 
      • Basic understanding of the staffing and recruitment industry. 
      • Experience developing growth strategies and writing business proposals. 
      • Ability to research and identify business opportunities. 
      • An entrepreneurial mindset 
      • The ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
      • Excellent organizational skills. 
      • Technological fluency.
