JASON LAMMERS

As the Founder and Managing Director of Align Workforce Solutions, Jason oversees the daily operations of the consulting and permanent placement practice. He has over twenty years of hands-on technology recruiting experience specializing in software development, infrastructure support, cloud, security, and big data. Jason and the Align Workforce Solutions team have created a unique data-driven approach to recruiting that helps our clients win the war on talent.

Prior to Align, Jason had a very successful and lengthy career with an S&P 500 staffing firm. During his tenure, he received over five awards for being in the “Top 10 producers worldwide.” Jason understands the business and technical requirements of our clients and aligns them with the needs of candidates. This is the ideal formula for successful placements.

A San Jose native, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, including his lovely wife of more than 18 years, and two active boys. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him at one of their many competitive soccer, baseball, or basketball events.
